Cancellation Policy
License codes for eBooks are eligible for cancellation if they have not been redeemed and within 30 days from date of purchase. There is a $2 cancellation fee for each unredeemed code.
Fortinet Labs are eligible for cancellation 72 business hours prior to the start date. No partial cancellation will be allowed.
Once NSE Exam vouchers are delivered, no refunds, nor PO cancellations, are permitted.
